Above and beyond are two words to describe my experience with working with Boris. He is knowledgeable, personable, and will make sure that nothing falls through. Boris was a major help in the sale of my condo which presented its own set of challenges, but Boris found solutions and advised me how I could get my condo on the market. With his guidance and expertise, I received an offer on the condo approximately 5 days after listing it. Boris also was a big help with putting me in contact with great contractors for necessary repairs and the work they did to get my unit market ready was really well done. We moved from out-of-state…
We moved from out-of-state and had our local realtor find and vet Boris Miric for our home purchase in Maryland. After talking with him on the phone, we could tell that he would be a great realtor to work with as we tried to find a home in a new state 1, 500 miles away.
Boris was extremely accessible and patient throughout our home buying process. Our first visit to the area was in February 2023, we made a second visit in April, and bought our home in June. Throughout these four months, Boris was always available to answer questions and look at listings. We appreciated his straightforwardness and always trusted he was going to be honest with us and not just say something we might want to hear or to get a commission.
Boris Miric's attention to detail and ability to assess the homes we were looking at were critical throughout this process. Being out-of-state, we were not able to physically visit each home we looked at and bid on. After visiting approximately 12 homes in person with Boris, we were confident in sending him to visit homes without us. He took thorough videos to share with us and answered all of our questions. His extensive knowledge of home ownership, renovation, and maintenance was most definitely an asset to us.
Boris went above and beyond just helping us to purchase our home. This process included physically showing us approximately 12 houses, visiting another 5+ for us, and 5 offers before finally finding our home. The home we ended up buying was one that we were unable to see in person. We trusted Boris to view the home, knowing both what we wanted in a home and that it was a home that was in good condition. There were a few things we wanted done to the home before our move in date and Boris was able to promptly connect us to workers/providers to get these the work done before our move in date. He supervised the work and ensured it was done to his and our standards. Honestly, this was above and beyond what one might expect from their realtor, and we were grateful for his time and commitment to our satisfaction with our new home.

Boris takes action! We quickly discussed my needs for a condo and he immediately took the time to schedule a couple of different visits. After seeing a few condos and looking further into my long term goals, we realized I wanted another home. Boris quickly took action to make sure we saw a home I had been eyeing for a while. Within a couple of days of my visit, we were under contract.
Boris also helped me meet my desired goal of not coming out of pocket for closing so that I can use that money for other investments. Boris got me a seller credit that covered my closing costs and helped me secure a very competitive rate before interest rates ticked up.
