    Mr. Miric made buying the right home for me simple. All of the people he recommended were at the top of their game and he was constantly checking on me throughout the process to make sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on. I never felt rushed or pushed into a decision. His knowledge of the local area was amazing and enlightening and his advice on individual units concerning details I had not thought about was invaluable. His ability to work with my schedule and work with me remotely was amazing, and when I was in town he made me a priority with little notice. His advice with negotiations easily secured me another 2k (to be clear he secured 6.4k total) in closing costs by requesting percent vs actual costs and even got insurance included for the appliances at seller's expense. Overall amazing experience.

    It was my first time buying a property and I was recommended by a close friend to speak with Boris. This friend had purchased twice with him and both experiences were very positive. I approached him knowing finding the right real estate agent is just like buying a property--a process. However, after our first initial meeting, I was set on working with him. Boris is knowledgeable, respectful, quick-to-respond/act, pleasant to work with, and understands the client; the 'shark' agent you want working for YOU! I appreciate that he was always clear about things and looked after my interest. Boris encouraged me to ask him all the questions I had and was very patient and attentive to respond and explain. In a sellers market like it is in DC, properties don't last long and often become a bidding war. I made two offers in total and both times were accepted (the first didn't work out due to a pending legal issue between the owner and the condo association). I bought a short-sale, which is hard to come across in DC, in a great location and condition. And now that I am a homeowner, I continue to trust him and reach out for advice on some issues re. property ownership, improvements, maintenance, etc. Overall, my experience buying a property with Boris was pleasant, swift, and almost too easy to be true!

    Boris is a consummate professional. Upon our introductory meeting, Boris explained the home-buying process, helped me narrow down a location, found me homes in my intended location, and helped me secure showings of homes in the area. After finding the home that met my needs, Boris and I discussed a negotiating strategy for securing my home at my preferred price point. Boris got the seller to pay the full cost of closing, wrote a contract that secured all necessary changes were made (per an inspection), and even got me close to $1,000 to upgrade my water heater. Throughout the process, Boris made him safe available to answer all of my questions. I'm glad I had Boris in my corner during this process.
