Boris is VERY professional and knowledgeable about home construction. He looked over the entire house that we bought and even inspected door jams to make sure they were constructed properly. Advised us on proper maintenance for our electric water heater. Recommended an additional carbon monoxide detector in our bedroom since the gas is heaver than air and the one that the builder put on was on the ceiling! He also helped explain a couple of the questions we had about our contract when we went to settlement and explained them in a way that we could understand since a lot of the contract was written in legal mumbo jumbo. I would highly recommend him!!!
