Boris was absolutely the only reason I was able to survive the estate sale/short sale process to purchase my home! He was always up front, prompt, knowledgeable, and flexible. Even though I was a first time home buyer (and buying quite a tiny house without a big ticket price!) he conducted himself as if I were purchasing a house in the millions. His professionalism and connectedness to others in the business (from referring me to a title company, lender, plumber, handyman, inspector, and so on!) made the process an absolute breeze for this newbie. I'd recommend him ten times over -- as a matter of fact, I'm desperate for my friends to be in the market just so I can refer him and begin to repay him for his months of dedication to me and this deal!
